Attorney Christine M. Nicastro is the founder of the firm NICASTRO LAW, L.L.C. She has a distinct grasp of the legal system with its complexities having developed her expertise during over 30 years in practice, which makes her a truly distinguishable legal professional. She initially worked in the insurance defense field representing doctors, nurses, and hospitals in medical malpractice cases and assisted in probating her first estate in 1994. She later opened her own practice in 1996 and worked within the legal venues of litigation, not limited to criminal but also, civil, including family law matters, Will Contests and Trust litigation. After a full range of varying legal venues, in 2012, with the passing of the MUPC (Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code), she became more centered in the probate court and expanded her education and expertise to become more focused in the areas of probate law, estate planning, including Will and Trusts. At that time, many of her clients had young children and wanted a safe and dependable plan for guardianship or care for their children in the event of the death of a parent or an unfortunate death of both parents. Other clients were planning for their later years and wanted to insure their assets passed upon their death to their spouses, children, family or special persons in their lives without court involvement and with the least tax consequences, which Attorney Nicastro has been able to accomplish for her Clients. She has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1994. She is a member of the NAELA (National Association of Elder Law Attorneys) and has been a speaker for the Massachusetts Bar Association Elder Law Division Education Program in conjunction with NAELA for many years.

Timing is crucial. Hire an attorney before your legal rights are compromised. At NICASTRO LAW, we place a high value on ethics and integrity. We stand behind our product. We take the client by the hand during his or her confusing or difficult time and help our client to navigate through the stormy waters they face when they enter the legal system, which is not a most pleasant process, generally. We work hard to get our clients through the entire process whatever it entails in the most expeditious manner and as painless as possible.
We give advice on how they can save money on legal fees at the very beginning of representation and throughout the process. We realize that often hiring an attorney is a financial hardship for most. We would rather see the client save their money than throw it into legal fees for matters that can just as easily be handled on their own. So, we try to explain throughout the process what a client can do to keep the legal bill down. The Attorney starts off the process in every case with a consultation to determine your needs.
